During the conference ScanEx company has signed an agreement with the Spot Image company on the direct real-time acquisition of data from the SPOT-4 satellite by the UniScan ground stations in Russia and the CIS countries, as well as a letter of intentions has been signed with the ImageSat International company on the data acquisition from the future extra-high resolution images satellite EROS-B, which is scheduled to be launched from a Russian launch site in early 2006. The signed agreements will allow the Russian users to get a cheaper and easier access to the Earth observation data from space. |
