ISPRS will sponsor the 3rd International Conference

ISPRS (International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing), which is an influential organization in the spatial information field will sponsor the 3rd International Conference "Earth from Space - the Most Effective Solutions" that will take place on December 4-6, 2007 at the Vatutinki sanatorium, in the Moscow region of the Russian Federation.

ISPRS Secretary General Professor Dr. Orhan Altan stated that an official letter had been sent to ScanEx management offering support during the event.

The Professor said that 'the ISPRS Council has been watching with interest ScanEx's initiatives on the introduction of new Earth remote sensing techniques into our day-to-day lives and will therefore support this undertaking'.

This support from ISPRS should lead to the continuation of studies of the applications of remote sensing and the introduction of the most recent technologies and remote sensing methods in Russia. ScanEx R&D Center greatly appreciates the decision of the ISPRS leaders to sponsor this forthcoming international conference.

Please be reminded that this 3rd International Conference "Earth from Space - the Most Effective Solutions" on December 4-6 (http://www.transparentworld.ru/conference), 2007 will be dedicated to practical issues of introducing space image data into management, economic, scientific and educational activities, as well as the creation of new information tools and services.
